Mr. Stansberry was a partner in the law firm of Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell and predecessor firms from 1965 through 1998. He graduated from the University of Tennessee (B.A., 1962; J.D. 1962; Order of the Coif; University of Tennessee Law Review). He is admitted to practice in the State of Tennessee, District of Columbia, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Stansberry was inducted as a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers in 1989. His primary areas of concentration were products liability, environmental litigation and commercial litigation. In addition to civil litigation, Mr. Stansberry has over 40 years experience as a business advisor and strategic counselor to various clients.
